Elgin Tower Re-Development Groundbreaking Event

Miller Chicago Real Estate was chosen to oversee Property Management and Leasing of the Historical Re-Development of the iconic Elgin Tower building. Situated on the bank of the Fox River, Elgin Tower is the tallest building in Elgin. When built in 1929, the Elgin Tower was the tallest skyscraper in IL outside of Chicago. The Conversation Event Highlights

On December 15th Todd Stephenson attended the 2012 Conversation Brunch: Wealth Accumulation. The event was created by Chicago entrepreneur Joshua Mercer, the Conversation—a network of young entrepreneurs, executives and other go-getters. Chicago Association of Realtors president Ezekiel Morris gave the key note address. The afternoon included brunch, cocktails, a series of speakers and panel discussions. The Urban Land Institute's Young Leaders Group was invited to tour Rivers Casino with the developer of the project, DMA. Rivers Casino, which was completed in just 14 months, was the very first Casino in the world to be awarded LEED Gold Certification.
